    1. Order Processing & Manufacturing Time

    All suits are made to order. Orders are sent to production after payment is successfully received.

    • Please allow up to 14 business days from the order date for manufacturing before shipment.

    • Once manufacturing is complete, orders are shipped according to the selected shipping method.

    • Delivery dates provided at checkout or on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

    Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to production delays, supply chain issues, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    2. Shipping Times

    Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout.

    • Transit times begin after the manufacturing period, not on the order date.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

    3. Shipping Rates, Taxes & Duties

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

    • Customers are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    4. Order Tracking

    • Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

    • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time status.

    5. Address Accuracy

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

    • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.

    • Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped due to address errors.

    6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

    • Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

    • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, including those marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

    • Any claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

    7. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

    Orders that are refused, returned, or unclaimed may not be eligible for a refund. If a refund is issued, original shipping costs and any return shipping fees will be deducted.

    Refund & Return Policy

    1. Made-to-Order & Final Sale Items

    All suits are made to order and manufactured specifically for each customer.

    • All sales are final once production has begun.

    • Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified after manufacturing has started.

    • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless required by law.

    2. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

    • The item received is significantly defective or materially different from what was ordered.

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Shipping delays

    • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

    • Address errors

    • Customs fees, duties, or refused shipments

    • Lost or stolen packages

    • Change of mind

    3. Damage or Defect Claims

    If your order arrives damaged or defective:

    • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Clear photos of the issue and packaging are required

    • Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied

    Approved claims may result in a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

    4. Chargebacks & Disputes

    Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

    • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in order refusal and account restriction.
