All suits sold on this site are made to order.

• Orders enter production once payment is successfully processed.

• Manufacturing may take up to 14 business days from the order date before shipment.

• Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may occur due to the manufacturing process.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or policy violations.

• Orders placed with incorrect shipping or contact information may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be received in full before production begins.

• We are not responsible for pricing errors but reserve the right to cancel orders affected by such errors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

• Manufacturing takes up to 14 business days before shipment.

• Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

7. Taxes & Customs

Customers are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or brokerage charges.

• Failure to pay customs fees may result in delayed or returned shipments, which are not eligible for refunds.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

• Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins.

• Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only considered for verified defects or errors on our part.

• Incorrect sizing, change of mind, shipping delays, customs issues, or address errors do not qualify for refunds.

9. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear photographic evidence is required

• We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.
